Want your employees to thrive at work?
If your organization is committed to serving your clients and making the world a better place, you want to be sure your employees are working in ways that are healthy, productive, and satisfying. You know that if you just try to get “more” out of them, you deplete your most valuable resource.Like athletes, unless employees are physically and mentally in top shape, they won't succeed on the job over the long-term. Illness, absenteeism, low morale, turnover, and unproductive conflict are some of the main symptoms of underlying issues. Because employees spend so much time working, how they take care of themselves while they are working has a big impact on their results and your bottom line. Therefore, it's in your best interest to create an environment where employees thrive and look forward to coming to work. How do you to that given all the pressures to do more with less these days?
Depending on your situation, needs, and goals, there are several options:
Workshops and Classes
My role is to help employees uncover root causes that addresses the real issues so they get real results. With this knowledge, I facilitate workshops and classes that address the health, satisfaction, and productivity of each individual, which in turn contributes to the success of the department, organization, or community group as a whole.Rather than imposing a set of quick-fixes to maintain their health, well-being, productivity, I teach employees how to identify counterproductive behaviors and unsustainable practices, understand the underlying issues, and use self-help tools so they learn how to make empowering choices that work for their unique situation, needs, and goals. They also learn how to support each other in creating a work environment that brings out the best in everyone.

Individual Coaching
When you have a valuable employee who's facing challenges that haven't been resolved through internal channels, I invite you to contact me to work one-on-one with the individual. Because I am a confidential, independent resource, employees can talk honestly about what is really bothering them without fear that what they share will end up in a personnel file or being shared with others in the company.
Working together, we'll determine if it's what they're doing, how they're doing it, or where they're doing it. Sometimes, they think the answer is to quit and go somewhere else, but they discover they can make changes right where they are to transform their situation.
Sometimes they're staying in a job that no longer serves them or the organization because they are unsure about what to do next or how to get there. Sometimes, the issue is not directly work-related but is impacting their performance and/or health. Whatever the reason, my goal is to help you and the employee resolve the issue so it's win-win.
Contact me today to find out more. Encourage your employees to accomplish what's truly important, take great care of themselves, and enjoy their workday.
