Classes- "Create Work That Works For You"

Are you:
  • feeling trapped in an unfulfilling career,
  • paralyzed by the job hunting process,
  • unclear about what's next, and/or
  • contemplating work that inspires you but aren't sure how to get there?
Whether the challenge is what you're doing, how you're doing it, or where you're doing it, these sessions invite you to experience a natural approach for finding or creating work that inspires you while enjoying the process. Instead of using willpower, sheer effort, and fear to drive you to action, you can tap into far greater resources, inspiration, creativity, and opportunities when you discover ways that feel more natural to who you are.

By the end of these sessions, you'll learn to:
  • Recognize that obstacles, concerns, struggles, fears and other stressful thoughts about job hunting and work aren't the problem—they are important clues you can use to clear the path so you can focus on what you want.
  • Understand the importance of thinking about your next job or career within the context of major challenges in the economy and environment and how to align your knowledge, skills, and interests with emerging needs.
  • Take steps to create what you want in ways that are empowering, effective, and enjoyable to bring out the best in you throughout the process.
You'll develop the clarity, skills, energy, and courage to see new possibilities and the freedom to do it your way.

If you are ready to explore what this vision means for you, and the opportunity to create an inspiring future, we invite you to attend.

(Note: I love the positive impact these symposiums have on people, which is why I volunteer to facilitate these. I think it's particularly helpful for people who are considering "What's next?" in their careers and who want to align their skills and knowledge with emerging needs.)
